Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Return can be requested with 7 days of the order received and refund will be done through online mode in 5-6 working days.

Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Organic products shown on our website are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual products varies due to availability of the products and other reasons beyond our control.
  • 2. If ordered products are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality products of equal value.
  • 3. In case of organic products (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
  • 4. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
  • 5. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery / non delivery.
  • 6. The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

Shipping will be done within 24 hour of the order placed and delivery will be done with 5-6 working days.
