Organic Mustard Oil is extracted from organically grown mustard seeds. Being involved in a natural process, it retains all its original constituents and properties. It is used as a healthy substitute for cooking oils.
Mustard oil has a unique hot and spicy flavour which perfectly complements a lot of Indian cuisine dishes. There are two ways of extracting mustard oil from the mustard seeds. One variety is the thick vegetable oil resulting from pressing the seeds. And the second variety is the essential oil obtained from grinding the seeds, mixing them with water, and extracting the resulting volatile oil by distillation. Mustard oil is a traditional favourite in West Bengal.
